What is CBT & NLP?
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy are a great combination of therapies that work well together, helping you to make sure you have the best tools available to make that change and achieve your goals.
CBT is a short-term psychological treatment that focuses on the 'here and now' to help you to feel better. Through talking, you challenge negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Instead of focussing on the causes of your distress or symptoms in the past, it looks for ways to improve your state of mind now.
NLP is a set of tools and techniques that use the power of words and imagination to help you change.
Both these therapies can either be used individually or can combine together to be a powerul tool alongside the hypnotherapy.
