All I ask is that you agree to three basic commitments:

  1. Want to change and be prepared to commit to the effort needed
  2. Agree to set the goals together so that they are realistic and achievable for you
  3. Be as honest as you can be with me

All Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT sessions are confidential and any notes taken are kept private.
